with ourselves often through the environment in which we are placed, sometimes when our environment is familiar that connection is subtle .....but what happens when we are placed in unrecognisable
conditions and allowed the time to explore.........for the last 7 days the Australian outback has allowed me just that.........a time to step back, recognise my history, the ancient ancestors of this land ,what lies within my soul and most importantly to give thanks for the special people in my life and the opportunities the world
offers us today through the struggle of those who have gone before.

sometimes we just switch off...........

and things go blank, in the case of the last few days the national broadband service- or what little there is of it in the outback has been extinct........ 1500km and over 300 photos later it has yet to reappear....... stay tuned the outback is about to reveal..........something..........on my return in 7 days time

unlock the doors.......

to new horizons

and the mind may free it's self

as well

the right words.......

can become the rocks

in our foundations

over organisation can deprive us
